Cardholder responsible for $35.00 fee for all Chargeback/Retrieval items charged to merchant by bank because of initiating Chargeback/Retrieval for any charge for any reason. A Chargeback/Retrieval is when cardholder files a claim with their issuing bank, for a charge made on their credit card.

There will be a 25% restocking fee for items that are returned for a refund. Items exchanged will not incur a restocking fee, but will incur a reshipping fee. You have 30 days from the date of shipping for returns or exchanges.
